She is survived by: her parents, Steven "Bo" Smith (Mable) and Eva Manly (Tom); her husband David Mains Jr.; her children, Keyla Marie Sexton and Cody Mains; her stepchildren, David W Mains III and Kyla Jordan Mains; her siblings, Ron Mullholand, Shannon Johnson, Dena Cunningham, Stephanie Kem, Sandy Smith and Lorrel Filliater; and her grandchildren, Tatum Sexton and Bensen Florer.
