He is survived by: his parent Helen Debruller West; his wife Donna Sharp West; his daughter Angie Smith (Tommy); his siblings, Charles West, David West, Ronald West (Shawna), Alice Fern Thomas (Marion) and Shirley Harrison (Billy); and his grandchildren, Donald Joseph Tolbert and Kelly Earl Tolbert (Megan).
