He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Irene Steele and Della Eades. He is survived by: his parents, James "Jim" Wells of Hebron and Brenda Eades Clos of Mt. Auburn; his brothers, James "Jimmy" Wells (Jessica) of Las Vegas, NV and Brent Wells (Michelle) of Alexandria, KY.; his nephews, Gabe Wells and Alec Wells; and his niece Skyler Wells. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
