He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his daughters, Shawnna Morgan (Pat) of Erlanger, KY, Amanda Bullock (Michael) of Milford, OH and Lisa Pyles of Glendale, AZ.; his sister Luwana Smith (Jim) of Elkins, WV; his siblings-in-law, Jenny, Chuck Beetz, Bobby Fogle and Cindy Brown of Pendleton County, KY; and his aunt Helen Stalnaker of Elkins, WV. He is also survived by good friends and former co-workers.
