He was predeceased by: his son Chase Anthony Crowley. He is survived by: his former wife Monica Crowley; his children, Chance, Caitlin and Kennedy; his siblings, Colleen Crowley Ames (Peter), Patrick Crowley (Michele), Dr. Michael Crowley (Stephanie), Dr. Kevin Crowley (Rachel) and Kelly Crowley (Emma); and his foster sisters, Linda Robinson (Gary) and Lucy Howard (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Kyle Crowley Children's Fund" at any Fifth Third Bank or to the charity of your choice.
