He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Acton and Bertha Morris Acton; and his wife Janice Faye Osborne Acton. He is survived by: his children, John, Joseph, Jefferson Acton and Jill Acton Jaiswal; and his siblings, Billy Acton and Ruby Acton Baughan. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
