He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brenda Burlew Bowen and James Bowen; his son Brent Bowen; his stepson Jesse Eckerle; and his siblings, Kevin Bowen, Denise Lickliter (Bob), Keith Bowen (Kimberly) and Brian Bowen (Tara). He was also cherished by 7 nephews and 7 nieces.
