She was predeceased by: her parents, L. E. "Brooker" Bowen and Velma Greenwell Bowen; and her sister Jo Bowen Ross. She is survived by: her husband Keith Johnson; her children, David Johnson (Kathy), Steve Johnson (Laurie) and Lora Whaley (Alan); her sister Sue Bowen Bradford; and her grandchildren, Ben, Nick, Allison, Douglas, Jacob, Shelby and Chase. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
