He is survived by: his wife Wilma Darlene Combs Turner; his children, Robert Turner (Kender), Jim Turner (Amber) and Georgiana Turner; and his siblings, Clarence Turner (Shirley), William Turner (Beverly), Herman Turner, Lewis Turner, John Turner (Marsha), David Turner (Amanda), Barry Turner, Charles Turner, Ilene Joseph (Jimmy) and Glenda Turner. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
