She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey "Parker" Wyatt and Ruby Colvin Wyatt; her husband Harry Keith Honaker Sr.; and her daughter Heather Lynn Honaker. She is survived by: her children, Maggie Ellen Honaker, Nicole Renee Honaker-Hwang, Lara Honaker Moore (Brad), Harry Keith Honaker Jr. (Jackie) and Lindsey Evelyn Honaker; her sisters-in-law, Judith Honaker Barclay (Russell) and Toby Honaker (Jamesetta); her grandchildren, Caleb Freeman, Darrell Wilson, Portia Crumble, Jordan Bennett Nelson, Aleck Honaker, Gavin Honaker, Shannon Ackerman, Keith Thomas Honaker (Shannon Bowyer), Trinity Honaker-Hwang, Brittany Moore, Bradley Moore Jr., Ruby Moore and Wyatt Moore; and her great grandchild Oscar Thomas Honaker.

“I was deeply privileged to serve Donna as her physician for a number of years. I was in that role when she lost her first husband. I recall the devastation to her and her young family. Through it all I never saw her lose her joy in her faith or trust in her Savior. I can only remember her perpetual upbeat smile and even toward the end she was strong in her confidence. Please know it has been my privilege and pleasure to know and serve her. My heart goes out to you. John Borders”
