He was predeceased by: his parent James F.; and his brothers, Jim Rice and Robert Rice. He is survived by: his parent Mary L. DeJournett Rice; his sons, Jeff Rice, Billy Rice and Ricky Rice; and his siblings, Ronald and Brenda Robinson. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
