He was predeceased by: his brother Randy McQueen. He is survived by: his wife Leslie King Luke; his sons, Ian, Ethan and Colsten King; and his siblings, Rob Hughes, Chuck McQueen, Candy Purcell, Sandy Gay, Pamela Fields and Carol Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
