He is survived by: his children, Kayra Campbell (Johnathan) of Burnside, KY, Brianna Bush of Leslie County, KY, Brandie Bush of Leslie County, KY, Lillian Bush of Burnside, KY, James Bush (Susan), Daniel Bush (Cheryl), Cody Bush (Kenzie) of Hazard, KY, Anthony Gayheart (Brittany) of Lotts Creek, KY and Caleb Couch (Kassandra) of Acup, KY; his sisters, Kathy Matthews (Eric), Debbie Gallagher (Rita Kelso) and Jesse Bush Jr. (Nicholas Bush); his sister-in-law Gladys Bush; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Abigail, Alessa, Allie, Ryan, Jude, Jolene, Wyler, Penelope, Alaric, Jensen and Eleanor.
