He is survived by: his children, Vernon Lewis of Hazard, Brittany Wooton of Busy and Stephanie Wooton of Rowdy; and his sisters, Darlene Wotoon of Hazard, Georgina Campbell of Hazard, Valerie Couch of Hazard and Jessica Deaton of Hazard. He is also survived by Five Grandchildren.
