She was predeceased by: her parents, James Toler and Julie Helton Toler; and her nephew Justin Stidham. She is survived by: her daughter Chesiti Helton of Hazard; her siblings, Roger Toler of Busy, Jeff Toler of Busy, Sid Jr. Toler of Busy, Jeanette Toler of Busy, Linda Wooton of Busy and Deborah Campbell of Leslie County; her niece Teresa Dalton; and her grandchildren, Aurora, Alaina, Kaylee, Khianne, McKenzie, Trista, Cameron and Skyler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
