He is survived by: his wife Diane Watts Feltner; his children, Sherry Neace (Carlos) of Krypton, KY, William Feltner of Second Creek, KY and Michael Paul Feltner of Viper, KY; his siblings, Carter Feltner (Rose) of Lexington, KY, Ken Adams of Busy, KY, Freda Duncan (Shannon) of London, KY and Freda Mae Richmond (Jeff) of Vanceburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Sarah Neace, Courtney Neace, Austin Neace, Daniel Feltner and Dustin Feltner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
