He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Couch and Lena McCoy Couch; his sons, Roger Dale and Albert Dewayne Couch; and his sisters, Hazel Howard and Muriel Feltner.
He is survived by: his wife Dosha Shepherd Couch; his children, Jeanette Baker of Beaver Dam, KY, Jennifer Stacy of Livermore, KY, Jeffrey Preston Couch (Harvey Lee Couch) of Busy, KY, Harrison Wayne Couch (Jody), Arlin Joe Couch (Sandra) of Busy, KY and Eighteen; his grandchild Fourteen; and his nephew Friends.
