He is survived by: his sons, James Harkins (Althea) of Union, KY, Brian Harkins of Busy, KY and Eric Harkins (Gina) of Busy, KY; his siblings, Carolyn Sue Hedges, Barbara Cornett, Pat Harkins and Eddie Harkins (Jewel); his grandchildren, Chandler, Tyler, Taylor, Eric Blake and Bryant; and his great grandchild Blakelynn.
