She is survived by: her husband John Pat Mize; her children, Tonya McQueen (Darren) of Corbin, KY, Mary "Niki" Boardwine of Hazard, KY, Tiffany Combs (Joey) of Chavies, KY, Dakota Boardwine (Alison) of Campbells Creek, KY, Jonathan Mize (Heather) of Krypton, KY and Derrick Mize (Andrea) of Chavies, KY; her siblings, Paula Curlin (Dan), Loretta "Tiny" Williams, Angel Mullins (Robert), Karen Williams and Freddie Williams (Kathi); her sister-in-law Becky Williams; her grandchildren, Gage Delph (Shaniquiwa), Whitney Miller (Adam Baker), Kanyon Allen, Braydon Mize, Lexi Combs, Treston Mize, Gunner Fraley, Kiara Mize and William Mize; and her great grandchildren, KyLee, Jazmynn, Jaxton, Dawson, Harper, Hayley, Colton, Paisley, Avery, RaeLynn, Hunter and Host. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
