She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Shepherd and Della Browning Shepherd; her husband James Couch; her sons, Roger Dale, Albert Dewayne Couch, Kermit, Alvra and Odell Shepherd; and her sisters, Cordelia Clark, Bessie Adams and Offie Griffith.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanette Baker of Beaver Dam, KY, Jennifer Stacy (Michael) of Island, KY, Jeffery, Harvey Lee Couch of Busy, KY, Harrison Wayne Couch (Jody) and Arlin Couch (Sandra) of Busy, KY. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
