He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Mack Lockard of Bronston and Carolyn Ethel Morrow Lockard; his wife Debbie Lowe Lockard; his children, Shannon Dale Lockard of Bronston and Misty Sue Baker of Somerset; his sisters, Judy Howard of Blue John, Wanda Walden of Bronston and Teresa Sweet of Somerset; his granddaughters, Mahala Stringer and Kenya Stigall; his sister-in-law Cathy Goad of Bronston; and his siblings, Joe, James E. "Buddy" Lockard, Linda Jones and Carroll Davis. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
