It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Helton (Burnside, Kentucky), born in Independence, Louisiana, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Lee Helton; and her siblings, Charlie Sharp, Andrew Sharp, Ella Grace Ward and Vidalia Sharp.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Frankie Helton of Burnside; her grandson Jonathan E. Helton of Burnside; her siblings, Dallas Carter Sharp, Jr. of Lavaca, AR, Uletha, Quave of Springfield, LA, Ethel and McDonald of Tickfaw, LA; her sister-in-law Loretta Gilmore; and also, Foster Gilmore of Greenwood, IN and Judy Gilmore of Bronston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
