He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Passmore (Cook) and Issac Passmore; and his brothers, Homer, Jessie, Marvin and Roy Passmore.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Passmore (Louis); his children, Vicki Patton, David Johnson and Harold Johnson; and his sisters, Polly Hack, Ivadean Owens, Donna Crew, Marie Lawson and Judy Lawless. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel United Baptist Church.
