We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2021, at the age of 66, Debra Carr Walker of Burnside, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Dean and Betty Pence Dean; her son Roy Tracy Jr.; and her brother Danny Dean. She is survived by: her husband David Walker; her son Donald Tracy of Burnside; her grandchildren, William Tracy, Wesley Tracy and Emily Tracy; her close friends, Connie Arms, Danny Bell, Melissa Bays, Cindy Daniels and Darrell Roush; and her cousin Wally Craig.
