He is survived by : his wife Freda Owens; his daughters, Vicki Owens of Miamisburg, OH, Tina Davis (Mark) of Burnside and Tammy Armstrong (Jason "Gumby") of Acworth, GA; his sisters, Elaine Walker (Cecil) of Parkers Lake and Peggy Gabbard of Whitley City; his grandchildren, Ben Owens, Reed Farley, Samuel Lewis and Lily Armstrong; and his great grandchildren, Sarah Lewis and Haleigh Throne.
