He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Mayfield; his brother Jimmy Mayfield; and his grandparents, Harley and Fonzie Morrow. He is survived by: his mother Opal Jean Morrow; his sister Opal Morrow (Tim Ping) of Burnside; his niece Aireana Hughes; and his aunts, Harley Hughes and Wanda Morrow Burke of Somerset.
