He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay and Arlena Collins; and his wife Wilma Jacqueline Collins. He is survived by: his children, Thurman Collins of Willoughby, OH, Karen Miller (Richard) of LeRoy, OH and Phillip Collins (Jennifer Brock) of Burnside, KY; and his friend Dot Arn. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
