He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Hayes (Tim) of Burna, KY and Cristie Arflack (Chuck) of Salem, KY; his grandchildren, Jasmine Shea Beyer (Debb), Sean Hayes (Bonnie Meyers), Tristin Arflack, Emilee Arflack and Aiden Carver; his great grandchild Emily Grom; and his pet Peanut.
