He was predeceased by: his son David Ramage; his brother Gobel Ramage; his niece Crystal Ann Ramage; and his parents, Wilford Ramage and Leota Bridwell Ramage.
He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Owen (Eldon) of Jonesboro, AR; his siblings, Steve Ramage (Glenda) of Draffenville, Shirley Hurley (Eldred) of Paducah and Juwanda Beyer (Perry) of West Paducah; his sister-in-law Nora Ramage of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchild Linley Swain; and his nieces and nephews, Russ Hurley of Paducah, Jennifer Arguera of Symsonia, Steve Alan Ramage of Smithland, Leah Tramble of Burna and Tyler Dedmon of Paducah.
