It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Richard Skinner of Burna, Kentucky, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Skinner; his parents, Dewery Richard Skinner and Jincy Gutrie Heflin; his daughter Crystal Skinner; and his brother Troy Skinner.
He is survived by: his children, Walter Matthew Skinner, Christopher Dayron Skinner of Mayfield and Starla Calleboas; his stepchildren, Leah Tramble of Burna and Steve Ramage of Smithland; and his siblings, Wallace Skinner, Eva Everle of Burna and Lisa Edwards. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
