He is survived by: his sister Jennifer; his sons, Chad and Brandon Phillips; his wife Jeana Lee; his sons, Billy Phillips and Eddie Ray McDonald; his siblings, Reta Guthrie (Larry), Sheila Box (Allan) and Junior Phillips; his daughter-in-law Deana; and his granddaughter Adalyn Rose Phillips (Pawpaw). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
