He is survived by: his wife Laura Givens; his children, Roy Givens IV (Rachael Silber) of Canon City, CO., Collin Brown of Belknap, IL, Kyle Quigley of Burna, KY and Jessica Buchanan (Kris) of Fredonia, KY.; his siblings, Debbie Ryburn (Roger) of Decatur, IL, Cherrie Baker of Bloomington, IL, Donna Baird (Allen) of Paducah, KY, Pam Novel (Steve) of Normal, IL, Milly Suits (Doyce), Sally Shuecraft of Salem and Billy Givens (Tammy) of Lola, KY.; and his grandchildren, Natalee Buchanan, Connor Buchanan, Kennedy Buchanan and Cadie Buchanan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
