She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Welchel and Lillie Melissa Welchel; her son John Wayne Curry; and her siblings, Imogene Christenson, Maybelle Grutza and William.
She is survived by: her brother Roy Welchel (Patsy); her daughter Pat Peck (Rell); her grandchildren, Chris, Lissa Byers (Brad) and Drew Hastings; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor Hastings, Harmony, Melody and Joy Byers; and also, Julian Diaz and Tim Peck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
