He was predeceased by: his parents, Aggie Culver and Lowell Culver. He is survived by: his wife Parthenia Pope Culver; his children, Jeffery Lynn Culver (Sue), Joel Craig Culver (Tina) and Renesa Jill Culver; and his grandchildren, Shannon Marie Nethery, Jeremey Culver, Savannah Culver, Jason Ryan Culver (BJ), Halie Cotton (Justin), Amy Jo Quimby (Matthew), Chelsey Culver and Rylee Culver. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
