He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gene and Virginia Sullivan Jones Sr.; and his brother-in-law Irv Etler. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Kunze Jones; his sons, Richard A. Jones (Tammy) and Joe Jones; his grandchildren, Duncan, Dalton, Haley, Sarah and Sydney; his sisters, Judy Etler and Bonnie Mathews; and his nephew Neil Mathews (Lyn).
