He is survived by: his father William Richard Frey; his siblings, Elizabeth A. Campbell (Douglas), Richard, Vicki, Steven and Gary; and his nieces and nephews, Paul Browning (Amanda), Justin Baynum (Therese), Nicolas Baynum, Evan Frey, Lori Heazlit, Carrie Simmons (Michael), Dawn Hill (Yohanna), Michelle Frey and Krista Cooper (Nathan).
Randy's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through eye, tissue and bone donation.
