It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lynn Turner of Burlington, Kentucky, born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Turner and Leota Taylor Turner; and his son Michael T. Turner. He is survived by: his son Glen A. Turner MD (Ruth Kleier MD); his grandchildren, Megan E. Turner MD, Matthew A. Turner, Tyler, Jack and Will Pelletier; and his wife Ruth A. Durbin Turner.
