She was predeceased by: her grandson Trey Patrick Kramer. She is survived by: her spouse Patrick J.; her children, Diana (Pat Cummings), Patricia, Deborah (Ray Shrout), Timothy and Thomas (Nikki); her siblings, June and Sherman; and also, Browning and Mary Adkins. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that mourners send donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
