She was predeceased by: her parents, John Keiser and Margaret Keiser; her husband Danny Weaver; her daughter Margaret Quigley; and her stepson David Weaver.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Fryman (Sonny) and David Quigley; her sister Margaret Reno; her stepson Danny Weaver; her grandchildren, Natalie Beach (Mark), Rebekah Evangelista (Tristen), Annie Fryman (Dylan Gascon) and Lacey Fryman; and her great grandchildren, Sunnie Everlee and Iris Melody.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sandra's name may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
