She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas H. Murphy; and her daughter Deborah A. Phelps. She is survived by: her son Thomas T. Murphy (Patricia); her grandchildren, Andrew Phelps, Amy Phelps, Samantha May (Stephen), Thomas R. Murphy and Kiera Murphy; her great grandchild Nicole Hoffman; and her son-in-law Donald Phelps.
