She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hammonds and Sarah Prater Hammonds; and her siblings, Harold Hammonds and Charlene Hamilton. She is survived by: her spouse Hoy Lykins; her children, Frank Lykins Sr. (Carol Finnie) of Batavia, OH, John Lykins (Susan) of Florence, KY and Sarah Dunham (James) of Florence, KY; and her grandchildren, Frank A. Lykins Jr., Nicholas A. Lykins, Elizabeth Bridges, John Daniel Lykins, Jessica Nadine Dunham, Taylor Warnke and James Dunham Jr.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
