He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Mullins and Lucy Holt Mullins; and his sister Kathleen Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine "Tina"; his children, Robert (Connie), Rodney (Julie) and Kristy Loschiavo (Matt); and his stepchildren, Tracy Remley (Keith) and Jeff Holton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
