He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Jones and Ruby Jones; and his siblings, Betty, Earl, Shirley, Bonnie, Donnie, Tommy, Joyce and Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Jones; his sister-in-law Tonya Taylor; his children, Dewayne "John" Jones (Regina), Chandral Jones and Kristie Cooper (Anthony); his grandchildren, Anthony Jones, Kaylee Robinson (Wesley), Madison Cooper and Trinity Cooper; his great grandchildren, Josie Robinson and Tyson Robinson; and his brothers, Jackie Jones and Jerry Jones.
In lieu of flower, memorial contributions can be made toward funeral expenses.
