He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Dunaway and Jesse E. Dunaway. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Dunaway (Barbour); his children, Natosha Ryan (Jim) and Jesse Lee Dunaway, Jr.; his grandchildren, Dallas Dunaway, Stephen Dunaway, Jacob Ryan, Skylar Dunaway and Patrick Ryan; and his great grandchild Grayson Dunaway. He is also survived by 7 siblings.
