With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremy Ryan Melvin (Burlington, Kentucky), who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Myrtle Melvin and Cozy Salyer. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Melvin and Debbie Melvin; his close friend Jennifer; his children, Madison Avery Melvin, Hayden Gage Melvin and Colten Riley Melvin; his wife Jennifer Melvin; his grandmother Carma Salyer; and his sister Josie White. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in- law and his in-laws.
