It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean C. Cramer (Burlington, Kentucky), who passed away on February 7, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Eubanks and Harold Eubanks; and her husband Melvin Cramer. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Pratt of Bradenton, FL; her granddaughter Tricia Pratt Barker of Columbus, OH; her great grandchildren, Chesney Estepp and Boston Barker of Columbus, OH; and her sister Margie Conner of Union, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
