He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marion Wells and Jessie Thompson Wells; and his sister Nellie McCubbin. He is survived by: his sister Pauline Miller; his wife Elana Wells; his children, Brooke Wells, Jessie Wells, Elie Wells and Erin Wells; and his grandchildren, Lila and Lucas.
