She was predeceased by: her parents, William Prevost and Adele Musgrave; and her siblings, Bob Prevost and Alice Prevost. She is survived by: her son Phil Lewis (Shirley); her sister Beverly Smeltzer; and her grandchildren, Shannon, Isaac, Jessica and Ryan. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
