Harla Stamper Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harla Stamper of Burlington, Kentucky, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Frank Armstrong and Ora Armstrong of Virginia; and her siblings, Eldon Petty, Carlos Petty, Connie Woodrum and Lowell Petty.

She is survived by: her husband Virgil Ray Stamper; her children, Michelle McKinney (Lonnie), Raymond Stamper (Tina) and Curtis Stamper (Jessica); her grandchildren, Chrissy Schulz, Emily Schulz, Zachary Schulz, Elizabeth Stamper, Elijah Stamper, Brandon Stamper, Caleb Stamper and Lillie Stamper; her siblings, Mary Beth Sams (Mark) and Frank Armstrong (Barb); and her great grandchildren, Caylin, Bryson, Lela and Corbin. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
