He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Russell and Onita Frances Baker (Thompson); his daughter Amy Elizabeth Baker; and his half-sister Doris Livesay. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anita Baker; his son Gregory Allen Baker Jr. (Cynthia); and his grandson Jonathan Baker.
